Verbal quotes are estimates and not a guarantee of price. Written quotes are valid for 7 days. If the repair cost exceeds the quote, we will not proceed without your explicit approval.

5. Legal Rights

You must be the legal owner or authorized representative of the device and its contents. We will only take instructions from the owner or their designated representative. Unclaimed devices become our property after 60 days.

6. Backup Services & Potential Data Loss

You are responsible for backing up your device's data before seeking our services. We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep your information and data confidential, except as required by law or to our employees/agents bound by confidentiality agreements.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. Late payments incur a 5% penalty per week or the maximum permitted by law.

9. Limited Liability

We are not liable for physical damage to equipment, data loss, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the contract price for the Services.

10. Dispute Resolution

The sole remedy for unsatisfactory work is additional attempts to complete the work satisfactorily or a refund of the amount paid.
